These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by CS3 Training Innovations, now known as InfiniteCashFlow Innovations ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website www.infinitecashflow.com and any related mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the User Content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Services. By providing User Content through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods now known or later developed.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership: The Services and all materials contained therein, including, without limitation, software, text, graphics, images, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other content (collectively, "Materials"), are owned by or licensed to InfiniteCashFlow Innovations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, InfiniteCashFlow Innovations grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 You agree not to:

(a) Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;

(b) Use the Services to harm, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others;

(c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make the Services available;

(d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services;

(e) Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission;

In no event shall InfiniteCashFlow Innovations, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if InfiniteCashFlow Innovations has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you to InfiniteCashFlow Innovations, if any, during the six (6) months preceding the date of the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in [insert city and state], before one arbitrator.
